Welcome to the relaxing world of hypnotherapy!

The average person's perceptions of hypnosis and hypnotherapy are usually formed by what they see on television and by magician's tricks and illusions. As a result of these perceptions the potential clients for hypnotherapy are usually quite unrealistic in their expectations of what hypnosis is all about. Their questions reveal a range that runs all the way from nearly complete skepticism to blind faith in the process.

This audio recording is probably the best way for the interested person to get a chance to partially experience the process and to get a sense of whether hypnotherapy is something that they would like to incorporate into their learning, healing and/or growth paths. It is recommended that the listener either listen with their eyes closed or while gently gazing at a spiral or other entrancing image. Enjoy your audio journey...
